James Barrett's Acceptance to the NIJ LEADS Program

Congratulations to James Barrett, Ph.D., on his acceptance to the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Law Enforcement Advancing Data and Science (LEADS) Program! Through this program, NIJ partners with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the RAND Corporation (RAND), and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) in efforts to advance criminal justice through the use of evidence-based practices and partnership encouragement.
